So it has now been one week since I started this challenge. Its outcome has been rather like a roller-coaster. One day I wake up at 6 in the morning. The next 8. After that, 12.
It's like my brain is telling me, after a few days of waking up too early, "Now you need to get those hours back".
And now I'm back on waking up too early. I woke up at 5 in the morning.
I just don't get this. Why aren't you cooperating, brain?
